Maalintii Sabtida 28/12/19 ayuu Golaha Shacabku ansixiyay sharciga doorashada heer federaal oo muddo dhawr todobaad ah uu ka doodayay, halkaana waxaa ku soo af-jarmay dooddihii la xiriiray nooca doorashada xildhibaanada Baarlamaanka Federaalka iyo doorashada Madaxweynaha JFS.

Sharciga doorashada ee la  ansixiyay ayaa caddaynaya in xildhibaanadu ku imanayaan doorasho qof iyo cod ah oo ku salaysan nidaamka aqlabiyadda, kursi kastana goonidii loogu codaynayo (Qod. 10aad), halka xildhibaanada Baarlamaanka Federaalku (Golaha Shacabka iyo Aqalka Sare) ay dooranayaan Madaxweynaha JFS (Qod. 11aad). Sidoo kale sharcigani waxa uu ciriiri badan geliyay fursadda uu Baarlamaanka Federaalku ku samayn karo muddo kororsi goorta xilkiisu dhamaado ama ay xilka ugu kordhin karaan madaxda la doortay (Qod. 53aad).
