The Manifesto II, would hereby like to extend to your excellency our warmest congratulations to your victory as you prepare to take up the responsibilities and challenges of the highest office of the land the president of the Federal Republic of Somalia. 

Manifesto II, once again congratulate you on the tough competition and long-awaited race.

We the Manifesto II celebrate not just the history you made by becoming the first person re-elected in office in Somalia’s modern history as well as opening a new chapter of hope for Somalia.

We Manifesto II, earnestly believe that your victory marks the end of impunity and start of a new era where the rule of law takes its root.

Despite all of the lofty rhetoric and differences before and after the election, Somali people must come together to move forward and build their country in an amicable and constructive way.

Mr. President we know that your plan, the road map, and the courage to press on to your destination will lead Somalia into peaceful and prosperous country.

Once again please accept your excellency, our best wishes and assurances of our highest consideration.
