Archetype Group has been chosen by Carnegie Hill Hospitality, which is partnering with Accor, to work on its first luxury property in Djibouti: Fairmont Djibouti, located in Djibouti City, which is said to be one of the country’s most affluent areas.
Strategically located by the beach in Plateau du Serpent, the hotel will offer its visitors convenient proximity to the port of Djibouti.
In addition to the property’s enviable seafront location, the hotel will provide guests with unparalleled views, positioning Fairmont Djibouti as the preeminent hotel in the Djibouti market.
Set to open in 2024, it will feature 155 rooms, ten serviced apartments, and luxury facilities such as a pool bar and grill, tea lounge, restaurant, pool, salon, etc.
Engineering, project management, construction management and cost management services will be managed and deployed by Archetype Africa.
