The present situation of the Somali government affiliate and officials reminds me one of the Agriculture method of Livestock grazing that is not totally practiced in Somalia. Zero grazing is one great livestock grazing method that small scale farmers practice due to lack of enough space of land. Despite the vast ranch land of roughly 246,201 square miles  with 12 people per 31 square mile, there are no nature walk for Somali Utopian offcials. Their tethered rope can only lube around the presidential palace and their freedom relies on the vicinity of the AMISOM garrisons.

Fortunately or unfortunately, the overseas chitchat centers specially for those in the US are more resourceful and have great influence in decision-making. The same big Utopian fish and comrades enjoy the undocumented dual citizenship that allow their nomadic pastoralist to immigrate where there are green pasture and develop new homes with the loots from UTOPIA ISLAND. The Utopian big fish and comrade enjoy their nature walk with their families as they watch UTOPIA news from the VOA, CNN, BBC, and Al Jezeera Television and radio news. They are proud to hear the bloodshed and updating the VOA and BBC Somali Services with, “ Each death diminishes us all…” An Ironic statement that pleases his/her 4.5 ratio group wherever they are. The more bloodshed and the killing of the innocent poor Utopians, is their leisure and source of income from the far west other Utopian villages with unforgivable harsh conditions by rationing the income itself that make the tethered rope lube short as the Utopian island sinks. The income itself is not freed ride, it should bear statement, “My interest” and “should I have my representative” and above all, “Can you make an excellent rubber stamp?”

On the other hand, one may ask, “Is Utopia Island for Sale?” Yes! Can be the right answer when one reads the UN secretary's lips, study and evaluate the UN funding expenditure in Nairobi, and lastly give a glance to the great Transparency International Report of Somalia. The UN secretary lips reads, “Somalia is not ready for peace”, 85% of the allocated funding for Somalia is spend in the Kenya Capital as a source of income for UN itself, create job opportunities for the citizens of the major contributors, and the Transparency International is only transparent to a 15% that may account for Utopia Island. So, what is next for Utopia Island?
